Prime Adaptive is seeking exceptional social finance lawyers who combine technical excellence with a deep understanding of impact capital, blended finance, and purpose-driven investment structures. We work with family offices, impact investors, asset managers, scaling enterprises and funds navigating complex equity raises, loan structures, governance frameworks and partnership arrangements in mission-led contexts.

We are looking for senior lawyers — typically with experience in corporate, finance, funds, or impact investment — who are confident operating independently, commercially astute, and able to engage directly with boards and investment committees. Experience advising on impact funds, social investment vehicles, debt and quasi-equity instruments, cross-border structures, or governance in purpose-led businesses is highly valued.
