Anthony Murphy, Founder & Managing Director

Anthony is an industry leading impact and finance lawyer and social entrepreneur and has advised foundations, financial organisations, hedge funds and innovative technology businesses. Formerly, Anthony was the EMEA head of Prime Services and Equity Finance for J.P. Morgan and Bear Stearns where he led the legal build-out of the EMEA Prime Brokerage business platform. 

Anthony has a wealth of experience in the alternatives and social finance space, having assisted social finance groups and organisations for over 18 years. He is also an expert in EU and UK corporate finance, financial regulatory and hedge fund regulation analysis.

Anthony qualified as a solicitor at the global US law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, specialising in Securitisation. He holds a higher LLB in Law from Bristol University.

Russell Cook, Associate Director

Russell is an impact professional with 13 years of experience working in sustainable finance and training services relating to environmental, social and governance (ESG). Russell has provided technical assistance to over 50 Financial Institutions across all regions of the world (including Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America) to build capacity to identify, manage and report on client, transaction and portfolio ESG risks.

Russell initially worked in-house at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in their Global Sustainable Risk Advisory team conducting ESG transaction advisory support, developing sustainability policies and embedding ESG across the Bank. He then went on to work as a consultant for Sustainable Finance Ltd and PWC in their Sustainability and Climate Change Financial Services team. Russell holds a BSc in Oceanography and Geology from Southampton University and an MSc in Sustainability and Responsibility from Ashridge Business School.

Jonathan Lipton, Senior Consultant

Jon has 15 years of experience in financial services. Formally, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer at P-Solve Investments Ltd., and Group Head of Risk of River and Mercantile Group plc. He began his career at the Bank of New York.

He has a proven track record of problem-solving and business building in dynamic and complex multi-jurisdictional and multi-product environments.

He holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School and an LL.M in International Financial and Commercial Law from King’s College London. He has studied U.S. business law at Columbia University, and corporate governance at Harvard University.

Diamandis is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of RiverRock European Capital Partners, an independent asset management company that provides intelligent capital solutions to European SMEs. He has over twenty years’ experience in Business Administration and Management in Capital Markets and was previously the COO in Europe for The Division Equities divisions of Jefferies International and Bear Stearns.   

Jacky kelly

Jacky is a partner and head of the London Structured Finance & Derivatives practice and is co-head of the Global Structured Finance & Derivatives practice of international law firm Weil . Jacky is recognised as a Market Leader for Structured Finance and Securitisation in IFLR1000 UK and a Leading Individual for Securitisation in Legal 500 UK. She is listed as a Leading Individual for Securitisation and Structured Finance & Derivatives in Chambers UK and Chambers Global. She is also recognised in Legal Media Group’s Expert Guides series, including “Women in Business Law”, “Best of the Best” and “Structured Finance and Securitisation”.

Zack Wilson

Zack is the Group General Counsel for Impax Asset Management Group and a Non-Executive Director of Impax Funds (Ireland). Previously, Zack was Director & General Counsel for the investment management group Development Capital Management and acted as Corporate Counsel for Telewest Global Inc. Zack qualified as a solicitor at the global law firm Norton Rose. 


Mark Campanale 

Mark is the founder and executive director of the Carbon Tracker initiative.  Mark is a Co-founder and Director of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF) and has over 20 years’ experience in sustainable financial markets. He is also a Founding Director of The Social Stock Exchange and has co-founded numerous sustainable investment businesses at Jupiter Asset Management, NPI, AMP Capital, and Henderson Global Investors.


Robert Powell 

Rob is Head of Corporate Responsibility & Inclusion (CR&I) at Weil, Gotshal & Manges (London) LLP. He manages the full breadth of activities within the London CR&I programme, from advising at local law clinics to fielding requests for pro bono advice from a range of leading charities. Rob is also on the board of Special Olympics GB and Heart of the City.


Steve Cormack 

Steve is a corporate communications expert and formerly the Managing Partner of Sid Lee (Amsterdam), a global creative services firm. Over the past 15 years he has worked with fast food giants to weave more transparent and sustainable practices into their business models and storytelling.  He believes in using creativity to solve real business problems and looks for ways to apply his skills to spur commercial success, social change and environmental conservation.
